Delivery Information
To find out the delivery cost of a particular item or items, simply add them to the Shopping Trolley and select your delivery country. It will show the different delivery options available and the cost of each.
UK orders
Delivery is by Royal Mail post or courier (FedEx or DPD).
We calculate the delivery cost based on your order weight, and we aim to keep this cost as low as possible.
Unless stated otherwise during the checkout process, all products are held in stock. We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 1pm (except weekends and holidays). Orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the following working day.
Estimated transit times are shown for each available delivery option. Our UK delivery partners are generally very reliable, but occasionally delivery can take longer than the stated time.
Orders outside of the UK
Orders outside the UK are sent by Airmail post or courier (FedEx or DPD).
We calculate the cost of shipping based on your order weight and delivery country. The available delivery options are shown during the checkout process once you have selected the delivery country.

Estimated transit times are shown for each delivery option. The Royal Mail options will use a local postal service for delivery in your country. While the UK side of things is usually very reliable, sometimes there can be delays due to customs or the local postal service, and occasionally orders can take much longer to arrive than the stated estimate. If timing is critical we recommend choosing delivery by courier (FedEx or DPD).

| Other countries | During this busiest time of year, international postal services experience much higher volumes of parcels and letters, and can take significantly longer than the standard transit times. To help ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we'd advise choosing DPD or FedEx rather than Royal Mail. |
